The Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI) held its 2025 Annual Conference, a leading global forum gathering professionals and thought leaders from across the infrastructure sector to explore the latest trends, innovations, and tools shaping the future of civil infrastructure. The two-day virtual event drew over 400 participants per session.

Cristina Contreras, participated as a speaker in two strategic sessions:

• October 22 - How to Future-Proof the Physical Infrastructure of AI Giga Factories, which examined how data centers can be designed, built, and operated with clean energy, efficient cooling, and circular-economy principles, ensuring the digital future does not come at the cost of climate goals.

• October 23 - Procurement as a Catalyst: Building Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure, which explored how embedding ESG criteria into infrastructure procurement processes can align project delivery with long-term resilience, social value, and environmental integrity.
