Sinfranova is pleased to share that our Founder and CEO, Cristina Contreras Casado, has been appointed to the Steering Committee of the FAST-Infra Sustainable Infrastructure Label, contributing to the strategic steering of this global initiative for sustainable infrastructure.

Cristina joins the Steering Committee as one of its newest members, welcomed by FAST-Infra as the body expands with expertise from finance, the private sector, public institutions, multilateral organisations, civil society, and academia. She will support the Steering Committee in guiding the strategic direction of the FAST-Infra Label and contributing to the development of its framework and content, working closely with the Secretariat to strengthen the Label's position within the global infrastructure sector.

The FAST-Infra Label offers a common language for defining and assessing sustainable infrastructure across environmental, social, governance, and resilience dimensions, helping investors and policymakers align capital with high‑impact projects.

For Sinfranova, participation in the Steering Committee aligns directly with our mission to bridge research, policy, and project delivery so that infrastructure systems are more resilient, inclusive, and climate-aligned. Through this role, Cristina will bring perspectives from Latin America and other emerging markets into the FAST-Infra governance conversation, helping to ensure that global standards respond to regional priorities and implementation realities.
