UN Leadership Program in Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure in LATAM

The United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the German Cooperation Agency (GIZ) organize the training “Leadership Program in Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure in Latin America”. 


The two-week online training —the full agenda is available here— touches on different thematic areas related to planning, designing, and developing sustainable and resilient infrastructure. The course aims at public officials and policymakers in the Latam region intending to improve their capacity to implement sustainability practices in infrastructure development. 


Experts participating in this course include Cristina Contreras —Founder and Managing Director of Sinfranova. Her presentation —available here— focuses on providing clarity regarding sustainable infrastructure and how it can be integrated into the infrastructure lifecycle.
